Categories: Awesome Movies
The term “box office” not only refers to the actual place where tickets to a film are sold, but is also used when measuring a film’s number of viewers. Box office results are recorded and released after each major picture opening weekend and are used as a gauge of a film’s commercial success and profit. Box office results are such a big business in Hollywood that entire firms are devoted to making box office predictions before opening days and analyzing numbers after. These methods of analysis make it possible to successfully produce and release films in the future.
